I'm in a farm with a very high APR farm, but when is it rewarded? I don't know what the difference is between a pool and a farm. Could you explain?

Farms pay a reward token, pools only pay swap fees (so they require swaps to take place in order to earn fees). Please see here as well https://docs.vfat.io/aprs
