No way to rebalance during the market's avalanche downtrend

The market was extremely volatile. I found it's impossible for me to rebalance since yesterday's avalanche downtrend of the crypto market. Possible for improvement? Just wondering who was able to rebalance in this kind of situation? Would the portfolio size matter? The large ones will get privileges?

Automated rebalance works in order of position size yes, but all positions are checked. If online during market volatility you can also rebalance manually to skip the queue.

vfat portfolio manager Thanks much for your reply. In my case, I didn't set automated rebalance. Instead I check everyday and I do rebalance manually when I deem necessary. I believe the last one went through on vfat was on Jan. 31, 2025. Then the market seemed crashed and I had trouble ever since.
Below I attached four screenshots for your reference. The 1st one shows the transaction history in my coinbase wallet. All are in progress status. None went through (I tried to manually cancel one yet I assume I'd be charged the network fees).
The 2nd & 3rd screenshots show more details of the failure on Feb. 3 - Feb. 11. Pretty all the same timeout error. The 4th shows what's it look like on block explorer - Transaction Hash not found on Base. Just wish my acc. was not hacked!
Please help to review and advise. If it's just a network traffic crowded issue, I guess I have to be patient. Otherwise it seems not much I can do from my end.
Many thanks!

Just want to give you a quick update. It's very bizarre that despite I tried to re-connect my Coinbase wallet to vfat.io. I encountered below error when I tried to compound one of my portfolios. Basically no transactions would work now - not even to deposit fund to create a new portfolio. Very, very bizarre.
On the other hand, I also tested it via my iPhone - which shows a different error message. I doubt if the funds are still there. No way to do any transactions for my portfolios.

hyang926@gmail.com Please try clearing cache and local storage on the page, refreshing, then reconnecting your wallet. If still not working, please try disconnecting the page from your wallet's interface.

hyang926@gmail.com This is a network congestion issue yes, you can try clearing the stuck transactions via your wallet or installing a different wallet such as Metamask or Rabby.

vfat portfolio manager Appreciate your reply. It seems there's a major update lately. Before I didn't have to switch the network. Once connected, it's already in Base. Now the default is Ethereum network after connecting to my wallet. It seems I cannot even switch to Base network. It just kept circling and no prompt on wallet. This again could be the network congestion?
I heard of Metamask or Rabby wallets yet never used them before. For now I'm only comfortable with US-based Coinbase wallet.

vfat portfolio manager I followed your advice and deleted/re-installed coinbase wallet on my iphone. Indeed all previous stuck transactions were cleaned up without problem. Then I tried to start fresh by connecting to my wallet on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrom browsers.
Honestly, I never had this issue since I used vfat platform 3 months ago. It used to be able to connect and do all transaction whichever I chose. Now I had to choose the wallet and then I had to choose the network. What a hassle! Besides that, switch from the default Ethereum network to Base network doesn't work.
Does this mean Coinbase wallet no longer works? I deposited all my funds via Coinbase wallet and now I seem stuck. I don't want to change to other wallet for the time being. Thanks.

hyang926@gmail.com Coinbase wallet does work, we have a lot of users that use it. You shouldn't have to change network manually either, it defaults to Ethereum yes but changes to Base when you try to put a transaction through there. Can you also try the built-in browser in Coinbase Wallet please?

vfat portfolio manager Thanks to reassuring me about Coinbase wallet. I was freaking out cause I didn't know what's going on. I did not have to change the network before. However, now it's default to ETH network after connecting to my wallet. So, I'd have to change to Base before I do transactions. Sorry I should have mentioned that I tested it via my mobile last night. I was not working. Otherwise, I won't sound so frustrated. It appears it's in Base network in the built-in browser of my wallet; however, it does not go through. Something is off here.
I tested again now, and it still fails - just like the 1st Trending post described. Here I share with you the iOS version of my cell phone and each screenshot when I tried to manually re-balance my Dengen position.
BTW, when I tried to switch to Base network via my PC browser, it shows the icon "Approve in wallet" yet never see the prompt in my wallet. So how would I approve?
Please have QA team to test again and see if they can re-produce the error I reported - assuming they use the same versions of my iPhone devise and the underlying iOS.
Please advise. I believe I did not have a single transaction go through since Feb. 1.

hyang926@gmail.com Can you please confirm that you are facing the same issues still after a refresh and disconnect/reconnect? We pushed a website update in the past hour though not sure it would help with this issue.

vfat portfolio manager I'll trying to upgrade my iPhone iOS to version 18.3.1 right now. Afterwards, I will remove and re-install my Coinbase wallet again. Then clear cache/refresh, it shall clean up all bad hiccups. I will test it again and let you know. Hopefully this would resolve the issue soon.

vfat portfolio manager Quick update: after iOS 18.3.1 upgrade and reinstall Coinbase wallet. I was able to switch to Base network via build-in browser of my wallet. The switch is smooth as silk! And I was able to do manual rebalance as I did before - kudos!
However, in PC browser: even I chose the incognito session, switch to Base network after connecting to my wallet is impossible. First, it's simply circling without prompting me to approve in wallet. Secondly, when I tried again, it simply declined. See screenshots.
I'm partially relieved now that at least one method works!
BTW, I realized that the decline could be due to the previous request was still in process...
Just checked it again. Is the network Base or Base Sepolia? Regardless, no prompt to approve the connection in my wallet.

One more question: can vfat handle multiple rebalance simultaneously? Till this moment 2/4/2025 @ EST 7:21PM, I still cannot rebalance. It appears vfat has problem to handle large number of transactions in current market turmoil.
