Hello, this is a wallet issue, which wallet are you using? Have you tried restarting the browser, or possibly reinstalling the wallet?

Ledger signing over soft wallet. yeah I deleted all history and cache from browser.
Like I've reset browser and all that above, it let me complete 2 transactions doing that, then reverted back to the screenshots attached.
Ok I'll try reinstalling and see how it goes, thanks buddy!

Still occurring, can't do any deposits or rebalancing, it allowed me to do one earlier, but hasn't allowed me since and same last night.
keep trying to do transactions and keep getting the below instantly pops up after confirming in wallet.
