too many bugs / slow

I have been using this platform for about 3 months now and recently the platform is too slow has too many bugs. I have loss alot of money in past several days due to platform malfunction such as unable to withdraw /re- balance / swap /etc... There needs to be a over-haul of this platform quick as we are dealing with people's finances and market timing is critical in this business. Please get this platform fixed

Thank you for your feedback, we are indeed working nonstop on platform stability as it has not been anywhere near what we intend. In case of market emergencies we also offer the backup page vfat.tools where you can access your positions.
